Solution: Check whether the water pump and water valve are working normally.
5.Too much oil in the system. If the system contains too much oil, the suction pressure will be reduced.

1.Lack of refrigerant. During the operation of the chiller, the liquid refrigerant flowing through the evaporator continuously absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate. After being compressed by the compressor and throttled by the expansion valve, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant. That is, the refrigerant exchanges energy with the outside world through the change of thermal state, so as to achieve the purpose of producing cooling capacity. Therefore, if the chiller lacks refrigerant, it will inevitably affect heat absorption, resulting in low cooling efficiency.
Solution: add refrigerant.
2.The condenser is dirty. The condenser is directly involved in the key components of refrigeration. The cooling water used by the chiller contains calcium and magnesium ions and acid carbonate, which will form rust. The generation of rust will directly lead to poor heat exchange effect of the condenser, and serious scaling will block the pipes, affecting the heat exchange effect.
Solution: check, descale and maintain the condenser.
3.Improper position of slide valve, blockage of suction filter, wear of moving parts, insufficient fuel injection, unopened suction stop valve, leakage of refrigerant, scaling of evaporator, etc. will all cause insufficient cooling capacity.

6.The expansion valve of the chiller is opened too large, which will lead to an increase in the refrigerant flow rate and a decrease in superheat.
